Scrambled Egg with Bacon or Sundried Tomatoes

A classic full English - Ryvita style!

Ingredients

  • RYVITA® Crispbread (Cracked Black Pepper is perfect for this recipe)
  • An egg
  • Some bacon (or sundried tomatoes if you prefer)
  • A handful of watercress
  • Salt and pepper to season

Method

Scramble your eggs and grill or fry your bacon. Layer the scrambled egg onto your choice of Crispbread. Top with the crispy bacon or sundried tomatoes. If you're out to impress garnish with a sprinkle of water cress. Season with salt and pepper.
