Smoked salmon, dill & lemon paté

Quick and full of flavour, you'll love this creamy paté

Ingredients

  • RYVITA® Thins
  • 150g of smoked salmon
  • 200g tub of creamy soft cheese
  • 1 tbsp crème fraîche
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Black pepper

Method

Chop the salmon into small pieces. Mix the soft cheese, crème fraîche and lemon juice, season generously with black pepper. Add the smoked salmon and mix well to create a chunky paté. If you want a smoother paté blitz in a mixer for a few seconds. Spoon into a serving bowl and dunk in your Thins!
