A classic hummus recipe which is quick, easy and delicious!
- 200g canned chickpeas
- A couple of squeezes of lemon juice
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- Sprinkle of salt
- 100ml tahini
- 4 tbsp water
- A drizzle of olive oil
- A sprinkle of paprika
Drain the chickpeas and give them a rinse. Combine the chickpeas, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, salt, tahini, and water in a food processor and blend to a creamy purée. Add more lemon juice, garlic, cumin or salt to taste.
Dollop into a serving bowl and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika - delicious!
