Spicy King Prawns with Mango & Chilli Salsa
Spicy, juicy and oh so tasty - put a spring in your step this lunchtime.
- RYVITA® Crispbread (Hint of Chilli if you like things extra spicy)
- A ripe mango
- Fresh Chilli (how much depends on how spicy you like it)
- A large handful of king prawns
- A squeeze of lime juice
Chop the ripe mango into small chunks and combine with finely sliced red or green chilli peppers (depending on how spicy you like your food!) Top your Crispbread with the mango salsa and then lay a few juicy king prawns on top for a tasty lunch with a kick! For extra zing, why not add a squeeze of lime juice.
