Ingredients

Serves 2

16 cherry tomatoes, roughly chopped

2 tbsp. sun dried tomato paste

Small bunch basil, roughly chopped, few leaves reserved

1 burrata

4 Ryvita Bakes Tomato and Red Pepper 

Method

  1. Mix the cherry tomatoes with the sundried tomato paste, chopped basil and some seasoning then divide between the bakes.
  2. Tear the burrata into 4 pieces and place on top with a few basil leaves.
