Sunrise Coronation Chicken
Trust us on this one, this unusual take on coronation chicken created by flavour expert, Dr Rachel Edwards-Stuart, is a taste sensation not to be missed.
- RYVITA® Sunflower Seeds & Oats Crispbread
- 1 pack cooked chicken slices, cut into small pieces (roughly 160g)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mango chutney
- ½ teaspoon curry powder
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- Juice of ½ lime
- 2 small figs, peeled and chopped
- 50g blueberries, cut in half
- 1 small snack pack raisins (if you have them)
Mix all of the ingredients together and dollop on Sunflower Seed & Crispbread. It is as easy as that, enjoy!
