Tasty Tuna Paté
Smooth creamy and delicious - top your favourite Crispbread or dunk in some Thins!
- RYVITA® Crispbread - Cracked Black Pepper is our favourite.
- 1 can of tuna in brine
- A small onion peeled and finely chopped
- 1 tbsp capers
- 3 tbsp cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- A pinch of salt and pepper
Pop the tuna, onion, cottage cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper into a blender and blend until smooth. Add 2 tbsp of Greek yoghurt and blend further. Pop into a bowl and garnish with capers and black pepper. Spread generously onto Crispbread or dunk in some Ryvita Thins.
