Tuna and Cucumber


Tuna and cucumber is an absolute classic but we’d never thought to top our Crunchy Rye Breads with it until now… we’ve really been missing out! If you’re up for the taste test, try our high in protein recipe below and let us know your thoughts.

Ingredients

80g of tinned tuna in spring water, drained

1 tbsp natural yogurt

2 Chia Seed and Buckwheat Protein Crunchy Rye Breads

6 slices of cucumber

Method

  1. Mash the tuna up with a fork and stir through the yogurt
  2. Add some cracked black pepper to the tuna mix
  3. Spread evenly on top of the Crunchy Rye Breads
  4. Top with the cucumber slices and add some more black pepper if needed
